Our Strategic Plan and associated business and organisational development plans provide a framework to guide the continued growth and development of Oak Tasmania. The plan is a result of a consultative process involving board members, management and employees and reflects a shared vision for our future.

Overview

The Strategic Plan reaffirms our vision, mission, values and core businesses and identifies Key Result Areas or KRA’s which all managers will be working to achieve over the life of the plan.
