High-speed mail processing
Using Pitney Bowes mailing technology, Mailhouse Tasmania provides high volume, high-speed intelligent mail processing and caters for both OMR and barcode controlled letter collation, folding, the addition of up to six inserts, and enveloping and sealing. Different sizes of documents can be inserted into envelopes, which can vary from DLX to C4 in size.
The Pitney Bowes technology can process up to 12,000 standard size envelopes per hour and is supported by high volume, high speed Xerox printers, enabling Mailhouse Tasmania to handle the most complex mail projects.

Inserting & collating
Mailhouse Tasmania specialises in manual mail processing of any number of items, no matter how many components, folds or unusual shapes. Mailhouse offers collating, stapling, inserting, sealing, labelling, folding, plastic enveloping, sorting and stamping of items. Mailhouse Tasmania is one of only two mailing houses in Tasmania using the 100% degradable plastic, ‘Biowrap’ for its plastic enveloping of magazines and other publications.
Printing & distribution
Mailhouse Tasmania prides itself on the ability to provide a very reliable, cost-effective solution to mail processing needs, from printing, copying, and advice on direct marketing, to cost-effective distribution and opening of response mail.
Distribution warehouse
In addition to mail processing, Mailhouse Tasmania also provides a secure warehousing and distribution facility for items such as posters, videos, calendars, books and promotional materials. Stock levels are maintained electronically with monthly reporting provided to clients.
