Community Living ProgrammeOak Tasmania’s Community Living Programme began in the early 1980’s and offers accommodation options for people with intellectual disabilities and provides support to people who live independently in the community. The program has 3 supported accommodation homes for people with intellectual disabilities who require a minimal level of support. In addition to supported accommodation, the Community Living Program provides short to long-term support to people who currently live independently in the community through the individual support funding program. All people who are supported in this program are required to have sufficient funding to cover the costs of the support provided. Contact us |
